As a CDL trainer, I believe in guiding my trainees with proper skills, utilizing the balance of instruction and real time live loads to be the key factor for success as a professional truck driver.  I believe everyone has the ability to unlock their potential in the trucking industry.   

As a CDL owner operator, I work with brokers and clients from all over the world delivering products for the consumers for over 18 years. I have a background in time management, commuinication skills, and a solid foundation in highway safety and the intricacies of the road.

We Ready 2 Drive offers a 1 year on the job training program. Three months of supervised co-driving and nine months of unsupervised driving. We offer real time experience working with brokers and live loads, which will enhance their skills and development to become a safety conscious driver over the road.  We also help with job search.
